iDialogue aims to engage in and encourage dialogue between Muslims and non-Muslims in a friendly and constructive atmosphere. To offer unique insights and perspectives regarding Islam and its civilisation beyond the stereotypes and prejudices often prevalent in mainstream media, as well as give the opportunity for challenging traditional thoughts and ideas in a safe context.
iDialogue gains inspiration from the words of the Qur’an, which say:
“Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of who is [rightly] guided.” [16:125]
iDialogue is run by Muslim professionals who are well-rooted in their local communities. The founding members of i-dialogue work in various professional fields including law, education, IT and business.
